INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:
- 1 package of Mill & Folks millet penne pasta
For the sauce:
- 40 g cashew nuts
- 10 g Mill & Folks Brewer's yeast flakes gluten-free
- 1 avocado
- Himalayan salt, black pepper to taste
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 100 g sugar-free almond drink
- For decoration:
- 1 leek
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- chili flakes
- ground black pepper
- fresh basil
PREPARATION:
Cook the pasta, then rinse it with cold water. For the sauce, soak the cashew nuts in water for an hour, then strain and place it in a blender with the other ingredients. Blend it together. Cut the onion into rings and fry them in olive oil. Serve the dish drizzled with lemon juice, and decorate with chili flakes, ground black pepper and fresh basil.
