INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PIECES:
For crescent buns:
- 150 g Bake-Free Dough flour mixture
- 150 g Bake-Free Sponge-cake - Muffin flour mixture
- 5 g Himalayan salt
- 340 g hot water
- a pinch of stevia powder (you can leave it out, it was only added for sweetness)
- half a packet of baking powder
- olive oil for brushing their top
PREPARATION:
For the crescent mix the ingredients, the cut the dough into 4 equal parts and shape them into nice crescent shapes. Spread the top with the olive oil and on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper, bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees celsius for 25-30 minutes on conventional top and bottom setting. Leave them to cool on a wire rack.
