Ingredients for 1 portion:
- 25 g Mill & Folks pea protein cube
- 1 tablespoon of salt-free seasoning (4.5 g)
- 75 g hot water
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil (8 g)
- 1 onion (cleaned 82 g)
- 3 garlic cloves (cleaned 9 g)
- Himalayan salt, pepper, smoked paprika to taste
- 1 small celery (cleaned 170 g)
Preparation:
Clean the celery and cut it into small cubes. Mix with a tablespoon of coconut oil, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes on the fan forced setting. Mix the pea protein cube with salt-free seasoning, salt and hot water, then cover for 10 minutes. Fry the chopped onion in coconut oil, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Add water, but just a small amount at a time, so it will turn into a sauce with the paprika. Add the pea protein cubes, mix it together with the sauce and add the pressed garlic too. Heat it up. Serve with the fried celery.
