Ingredients for 4 pieces:
For the dough:
- 200 g of Bake-Free Noodles flour mixture + 10 g for the undercoating
- 4 g Himalayan salt
- 85 g of melted vegetable margarine
- 125 g of water
For the filling:
- 2 apples (peeled 210 g)
- 13 g 1:10 sweetener
- 10 g tapioca starch
- cinnamon to taste
- freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
- 100 g of water
- coconut oil
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the dough (first crumble the margarine with the flour) and wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Don't worry, the dough will be quite sticky. For the filling, peel the apples, core them and slice them into small cubes. Start steaming in a hot pan with a little water and lemon juice. When it has softened, stir in the other ingredients and remaining water. Cook until it thickens. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin square shape, then cut it into 4 equal parts. Divide the fillings into 4 and wrap them completely in the dough. Fry in plenty of hot oil.
