Ingredients:
- 250 g Bake-Free homemade bread flour mixture
- 310 g lukewarm/warm water
- 4 g Himalayan salt
- 4 dried tomatoes in oil (45 g)
- 4 artichokes in oil (35 g)
- herbs to taste
Preparation:
Remove the tomatoes and artichokes from the jar and drain them in a bowl, then cut them into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients (for me the herbs were marjoram, thyme, basil and oregano) and form into loaf shape. Place on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Brush with the drained oil, make deep cuts on the loaf in 3 - 5 places and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 70 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack and slice to taste.
