Ingredients for 2 waffles:
- 120 g Bake-Free Scone - doughnut flour mixture
- 25 g erythritol
- 120 g lukewarm, sugar-free almond drink or water
- vanilla extract
- 2 g coconut oil to grease the oven
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the coconut oil and leave to rest for 10 minutes. On a dry surface, stretch to the size of your oven and bake in a hot, oiled oven for about 3-5 minutes (but you'll see when it's done anyway). Decorate to taste.
