Ingredients:
- 250 g Bake-Free home-made bread flour mixture
- 4 g Himalaya or Parajdi salt
- 310 g lukewarm water (about 40 degrees)
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and knead thoroughly. Shape it into a loaf shape, then let it rest for 10 minutes. Then score the top of the dough 2-3 times. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees celius on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper for 70 minutes with conventional top and bottom setting. Let it cool on a wire rack, then slice into small pieces and leave to air dry. If we don't have time to wait, we can also dry it in the oven. It was 250 g for me dried. Chop it finely in a food processor.
