PEANUT CREAM VERSION:
Ingredients:
- 100 g of dried dates with seeds or fresh dates measured without seeds
- 100 g of natural hazelnut cream (without sweetening or cocoa, i.e. hazelnuts ground to a creamy consistency)
- 100 g warm water
- optionally a few drops of caramel flavoring
ADDED FAT-FREE VERSION:
Ingredients:
- 100 g of dried dates with seeds or fresh dates measured without seeds
- enough warm water to have a creamy consistency (minimum 100 g, but it also depends on the dates)
- optionally a few drops of caramel flavoring
PREPARATION:
If you use dried dates, soak them in warm water for a few hours. If it's fresh, remove the seeds. Use a knife chopper or a stick blender to work the ingredients until creamy.
