Ingredients:
- 125 g Bake-Free sweet and savoury biscuits flour mixture
- 4 g 1:10 sweetener
- 30 g of almond flour
- Grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
- 20 g of coconut oil
- 1 sachet of bourbon vanilla flavour
- 100 g of water
- gingerbread spice mix
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and let rest for 15 minutes. On a dry surface, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, then cut all the dough into desired shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper for 10-12 minutes (it doesn't need more!!) with bottom-top baking.
