Ingredients:
For the dough:- 125 g Bake-Free home-made bread flour mixture
- 2 g Himalaya salt
- 1 teaspoon pizza spice mix to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (8 g)
- 155 g warm water
For the topping:
- 85 g canned (diced) tomatoes
- 20 g Mill & Folks Pea protein granules
- 60 g hot water
- Himalayan salt, grounded paprika smoked on beech wood, ground black pepper, pizza spice mix to taste
- mushroom
- red onion
- corn
- tomato
- vegan, vegetable cheese
- fresh basil and rosemary
- arugula
- chili flakes
Preparation:
Mix the dough ingredients and let it stand for 10 minutes. Pour hot water over the pea protein granules and season with salt, pepper, and paprika smoked on beech wood, then cover it. Divide it into 2 equal parts and roll out both into thin. Place it on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper. Break the diced tomatoes with a fork and mix the spices with it, then spread it on the pizzas. The pea protein granules have absorbed the spicy water by now, spread it over the pizzas, then place the vegetables on top. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees Celsius on conventional top and bottom setting for 25 minutes. As soon as it is taken out, sprinkle it with the grated vegan, vegetable cheese while it is still warm and decorate it with fresh basil, rosemary, chili flakes, and arugula.
