Sweet and sour patty with steamed vegetables

Ingredients:

For the patty:

  • 100 g Bake-Free basic patty mixture 
  • 120 g lukewarm water
  • 4 g of Himalayan salt
  • coconut oil for baking

For the glaze:

  • 100 g of balsamic vinegar
  • 16 drops of stevia drops
  • 5 g of sesame seeds

For the garnish:

  • 300 g of frozen vegetables
  • Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Patty:

Mix the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. Shape it into 12 balls with wet hands and bake on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Glaze:

Caramelize the vinegar into syrup in a hot pan and stir in the stevia drops. Turn the meatballs in and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Garnish:

Steam the vegetables and season to taste.
