Bake-Free Naked Provance vegetable patty base
A ready-made patty mix that can be prepared in minutes and is an excellent vegetable alternative to traditional meatloaf.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (millet flour /millet: Poland/, chickpea flour, quinoa flour), fibre blend (bamboo fibre flour, plantain seed coat flour), gluten-free brewer's yeast flakes, rosemary, basil, peppermint, thyme, onion, marjoram, parsley, sage, garlic, dill leaves
Use: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free, corn flour and starch-free, potato-free, rice-free, vegan, for making vegetable meatballs rich in dietary fibre.
Preparation suggestion: In the meantime, heat the oil (Eden Premium Coconut Oil) for frying on setting 6-7 or medium heat. Shape 12 balls with wet hands and bake for 4-5 minutes. Drain off excess fat with paper towels. . .
