Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 250 g Mill & Folks Basic universal bread, pizza, bakery flour mixture
- 5 g Mill & Folks Psyllium husk flour
- half a package of powdered yeast (3.5 g)
- 10 g of Himalayan salt
- 8 g of sugar
- 200 g lukewarm water
- 50 g of melted margarine + for greasing the dish
- pizza spice mix, garlic granules to taste
For the filling:
- 260 g tomato sauce olive
- 15 g of brewer's yeast flakes
- 125 g pritamine pepper
- 90 g vegetable cheese
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, then add the lukewarm water and oil. Mix with a food processor on medium speed for 5 minutes until it is homogeneous and completely smooth. Leave to rise for 30 minutes in a thinly margarine dish, covered with a tea towel. Roll it out thin on a lightly floured surface and spread it with the tomato sauce, sprinkle it with brewer's yeast flakes and line it up with the chopped peppers. Roll up and slice to taste (I got 14 pieces). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 20 minutes.
