INGREDIENTS 8 PIECES:
For dough:- 100g Bake-Free dough flour mixture
- quarter pack of baking powder
- pinch of black salt
- Himalayan salt, garlic granulate
- 70g lukwarm water
- 20 g vegetable margarine
Other ingredients:
- 4 pieces carrot
- 2 grains of whole black pepper
PREPARATION:
Peel the carrots and cut them in half, then cook in salted water until soft. Mix the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes. Blow the cooked carrots with the aroma of smoke, and roll out the dough thin on a dry surface and cut it into strips, then wrap them around the carrots. Make eyes for them with black pepper, then brush with melted margarine, sprinkle with smoke aroma and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes, bottom-up baking.
