Kitchen-ready low carb bread flour mixture.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour mixture (millet flour [millet: Poland], quinoa flour), fibre mixture (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fibre flour), tapioca starch, bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)
Usage: For making breads and pastries that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free, corn flour- and corn starch-free, potato-free, rice-free, does not contain added sugar and fat.
With this bag, you can make up to 4 loaves of bread (~450g each) using the following basic recipes:
Recipe for home-made bread with no added fat
Ingredients:
- 225 g flour mixture
- 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt,
- 350 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
Suggestion: Mix the ingredients and knead thoroughly. Form into loaf shape and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. After that, make 3-5 cuts on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 70 minutes with top and bottom heating. Leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice as required. Season to taste!
Recipe for 6 home-made buns with no added fat
Ingredients:
- 225 g flour mixture
- 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt,
- 350 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
Suggestion: Mix the ingredients and knead thoroughly. Divide into 6 parts, form into buns and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 50 minutes with top and bottom heating. Leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice as required. Season to taste!

The baked bread and buns can be frozen as soon as they are cool completely (bread sliced, portion by portion). Once defrosted, they are fresh and soft again. Shelf life without deep-freezing, at room temperature, in sealed plastic bags: 3 days. They harden in the refrigerator.
