INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:
- 250 g Mill & Folks Basic universal bread, pizza, bakery flour mixture + for shaping
- 40 g of walnuts,
- 15 g salt, ground pepper to taste
- half a package of powdered yeast (3.5 g)
- 8 g of sugar
- 200 g lukewarm water
- 10 g of coconut oil
- ketchup for spreading
PREPARATION:
Cut the walnuts into small pieces with a knife and mix them with the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with a food processor for 5 minutes on medium speed. Cover and leave in a lightly floured bowl sprinkled with a little flour for on top for 30 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll it out and tear it out (I used a 5 cm diameter mold). Shape each one with the edges of our palms, then place them on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper. Spread it thinly with ketchup, sprinkle with more walnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
