INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 70 g Bake-Free Basic patty mixture
- 4 g salt
- 120 g red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- balsamic vinegar for serving
PREPARATION:
Mix the pumpkin puree with the onions in a knife chopper, then mix it with the flour mixture and salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes (by then it will thicken to the point where it can be shaped). Divide it into 4 equal parts, shape them into discs with wet hands and fry them on a lightly oiled electric grill oven for a few minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar to taste.
