Chickpea Noodle
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Egg:- 100 g chickpea flour
- 2 teaspoons black salt
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 tablespoons brewer's yeast flakes (6 g)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil for frying
- water
- 140 g Bake-Free Noodles flour mixture
- 190 g water
- 6 g Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and chop them into boiling water with a noodles chopper. Cook until they rise to the top of the water (about 1 minute). Filter and then rinse with cold water.
Mix the ingredients with enough water to make a liquid pancake batter and fry in pieces in coconut oil, stirring constantly. Mix with the cooked noodle.
Millet Noodle
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Egg:
- 60 g husked millet
- Himalayan salt for taste
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons brewer's yeast flakes (6 g)
- 2 teaspoons black salt
- a few drops of lemon juice to taste
- 180g water
Noodle:
- 140 g Bake-Free Noodles flour mixture
- 190 g water
- 6 g Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and chop them into boiling water with a noodles chopper. Cook until they rise to the top of the water (about 1 minute). Filter and then rinse with cold water.
For the "egg", wash the millet thoroughly, then cook it in two and a half times salted water, with the lid slightly open, on low heat for 15-20 minutes until soft. Mix it with the cooked noodle."
