Ingredients for 1 flatbread:
- 65 g Bake-Free deep fried flatbread - doughnut flour mixture
- 65 g of lukewarm water, about 40 degrees celsius
- 1 g Himalaya or Parajdi salt
- Coconut Oil
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and let the dough rest for 5 minutes. On a dry surface, roll it into a half-centimeter-thick circle and fry both sides in hot oil for about 1 to 1 minute.
