INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
- 300 g Bake-Free sweet and savoury biscuits flour mixture
- ~85 g 1:4 sweetener
- 35 g coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla flavoring
- 220 g lukewarm water
For the filling:
- 5 apples (peeled, grated 838 g)
- sweetener, spices to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- 30 g Bake-Free sweet and savoury biscuits flour mixture
PREPARATION:
Grate the apples, squeeze out the juice, add the rest of the filling ingredients and cook. Mix the dough ingredients and let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 1/3-2/3 parts. Roll out 2/3 of it on a dry surface to the size of the pie pan (I used a 28 cm diameter one). Grease the mold thinly and sprinkle it with flour mixture, then flatten the rolled out dough into it. Prick it with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the filling on top. Make a decoration from the remaining dough and place it on top of the pie, then put it back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
