INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g Mill & Folks Basic universal bread, pizza, bakery flour mixture
- 16 g of sugar
- 14 g Himalayan salt
- 1 package of powdered yeast (7 g) or 25 g fresh
- 460 g lukewarm water
- 20 g of oil
PREPARATION:
Mix the dry ingredients and then add the lukewarm water and oil. Mix with a food processor on medium speed for a maximum of 5 minutes, until it is completely homogeneous and smooth. Spoon (with a wet spoon) into a thin-walled, minimum 2-liter loaf tin lined with silicone baking paper and level it. In the meantime, constantly wet the spoon because the dough is sticky. Dust the top with a little flour and let it rise covered in a warm place for 45 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees. As soon as the bread has risen, sprinkle it with lukewarm water and put it in the oven for 45 minutes, then take it out of the mold together with the baking paper and put it back on the rack for another 20 minutes. As soon as it is ready, carefully remove the baking paper and let it cool completely on a wire rack. You can slice it afterwards, but it's really best the next day.
