INGREDIENTS FOR 12 PIECES
- 125 g Bake-Free sweet and savoury biscuits flour mixture
- 50 g erythritol
- 30 g cashew
- 55 g free-from chocolate
- 20 g coconut oil (melted)
- 90 g warm, sugar-free almond drink
PREPARATION:
Cut the chocolate into small pieces, chop the cashew in a food processor, then mix it, first mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and knead thoroughly. Let is rest for 10 minutes, then roll it out thinly on a dry surface. Cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 12 minutes, on conventional top and bottom setting.
