Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 140 g Bake-Free Noodles flour mixture
- 120 g water
- 20 g powdered erythritol
- 1 pinch of black salt
Other ingredients:
- cinnamon
- 3 plums (without seeds 85,4 g)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (4 g)
- almond or coconut cream
Preparation:
Mix the dough ingredients and leave to rest for 5 minutes. On a dry surface, roll out the dough, divide it into 6 equal portions and place 1 plum cut in half and sprinkled with cinnamon on top. Form into dumplings and cook in boiling water until it's done (3-4 minutes after reheating). Toast the breadcrumbs in the coconut oil and roll the dumplings in it. To serve, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs, powdered erythritol and drizzle with almond or coconut cream.
