Our millet pasta is an excellent substitute for traditional dry pasta, as it has a similar taste and texture to wheat flour pasta. It can be eaten by gluten-free, egg-free, vegan diets, and its high fibre content means it can also be included in the diets of people with insulin resistance and diabetes.
Ingredients: millet flour (88%), water, quinoa flour, gluten-free brewer’s yeast flakes, psyllium husk flour, ground black pepper
Suggestion: Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 2-4 minutes. If ready filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
