Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 125 g Bake-Free low-carb golden bread flour mixture + 2 g for stretching
- a pinch of stevia powder
- 150 g sugar-free almond drink
- 10 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
- vanilla extract
- quarter packet of baking powder (3 g)
For the filling:
- 50 g free-from dark chocolate (Aldi, Choceur)
For brushing:
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (8 g)
Preparation:
Mix the dough ingredients together and let it stand for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thin sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal triangles. Break the chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle the triangles with it and brushing it with coconut oil, then roll them up and place them on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees celsius for 30 minutes on conventional top and bottom setting.

Hi, I would love to do it, but I would you like to know what is it stretching??
Because I don’t have the Stevia powder, can I use something else please or if I don’t use at all thank you have a nice day
