INGREDIENTS FOR 21 PIECES:
- 125 g Bake-Free Sweet and savoury biscuit flour mixture
- 4 g 1:10 sweetener
- 30 g of almond flour
- 20 g of coconut oil in liquid form
- 100 g lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
For the filling:
- 50 g of sugar-free jam
To decorate:
- Coconut Flour
PREPARATION:
Mix the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. On a dry surface, roll it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, then tear it into pieces (I got 42 pieces). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper, for 10-12 minutes with top-bottom heating (depending on the oven). Fill with jam and sprinkle with coconut flour.
