Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g Bake Free home-made bread flour mixture
- 310 g lukewarm water at about 40 °C
- 4 g Himalayan or Parajdi salt
- 1 teaspoon of pizza seasoning mix
For the sause:
- 70 g tomato paste
- 1-2 teaspoons pizza spice mix
- 40 g vegetable cheese
For topping:
- olive oil
- sesame seed
Preparation
Mix the ingredients of the dough and roll it out, uniform few millimeters thick sheets. Spread one of side with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese, then cover it with the other side. Spread the top with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seed. Cut it into 18 thin slices. Twist both ends in opposite directions. Place them on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper and let it rest for 10 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius on conventional top and bottom setting. Bake it in 30 minutes.
