INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
- 80 g of Bake-Free deep-fried flatbread-doughnut flour mixture
- 3 g himalayan salt
- 80 g water
- spices to taste (for example: garlic powder, chives, oregano, rosemary)
Filling:
- 25 g vegan cheese
- 20 g of boiled corn
- 2 cherry tomatoes
PREPARATION:
Mix all the dough ingredients and leave to rest for 10 minutes. On a dry surface, stretch it to the size of your sandwich maker. Place the filling on one half of the dough and fold the other half over it. Oil the heated tray a little and put the sandwich in it, then closed the top. Bake for ~12 minutes.
