INGREDIENTS FOR COCONUT CREAM:

  • 200 g coconut cream
  • 5 g 1:10 sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavouring
  • grated rind of half an untreated lemon
  • 0.6 g konjac flour 
  • 50 g of shredded coconut

PREPARATION:

Mix the ingredients and, if you have time, refrigerate for a couple of hours so that the flavours blend and the konjac flour thickens the cream properly. It will make about 300g.
