Ingredients:
For the patty:
- 100 g Bake-Free basic patty mixture
- 120 g lukewarm water
- 4 g of Himalayan salt
- coconut oil for baking
For the glaze:
- 100 g of balsamic vinegar
- 16 drops of stevia drops
- 5 g of sesame seeds
For the garnish:
- 300 g of frozen vegetables
- Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Patty:
Mix the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. Shape it into 12 balls with wet hands and bake on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Glaze:
Caramelize the vinegar into syrup in a hot pan and stir in the stevia drops. Turn the meatballs in and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Garnish:
Steam the vegetables and season to taste.
