INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
- 200 g of Bake-Free Low Carb High-Protein Soft Sport Bread Flour Mixture + 10 g for sublimation
- 30 g of ground walnuts
- 220 g warm water
- half a packet of baking powder
- 4 g sweetener 1:10
- cinnamon
For the filling:
- 20 g of ground walnuts
- 3 g sweetener 1:10
- 100 g of sugar-free jam
To decorate:
- 5 g of ground walnuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (8 g)
PREPARATION:
Mix the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes. Roll out thinly on a dry surface and spread it with the jam. Sprinkle with ground walnuts, and the sweetener, after folding it. Cut them into thin strips (I got 6 pieces), twist them in opposite directions at the ends, and shape them into hearts. Brush their surface with coconut oil and sprinkle with ground walnuts. On a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper, bake in a preheated 190°C oven until done in 30 minutes with top-bottom heating.
