INGREDIENTS:

  • 260 g yellow figs (measured without skin)
  • 80 g Bake-Free Sweet and savoury biscuit flour mixture
  • 50 g of gluten-free oat flour
  • 40 g of almond flour
  • a pinch of black salt
  • half a packet of baking powder (6 g)
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • grated rind of half an untreated lemon
  • 30 g of coconut oil in a liquid state
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

PREPARATION:

Peel the figs or scrape out the insides, mash with a fork, then mix with the other ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. With wet hands, form 10 identical balls from it, then flatten them into a plate shape on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
