Ingredients:
- 250 g Bake-Free Home-made bread flour mixture
- 4 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt,
- 310 g lukewarm water (~40°C)
Suggestion:
Mix the ingredients and knead thoroughly. Form into loaf shape and leave it to rest for 10 minutes. After that, make 2-3 cuts on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on a baking tray lined with silicone baking paper for 70 minutes with top and bottom heating. Leave it to cool on a wire rack and slice as required. Season to taste!

Is it possible to use a bread maker with your gluten free homemade bread flour. Bought some to use on a gluten free bread setting but doesn’t appear to work. Any suggestions please
