INGREDIENTS:
- 125 g Bake-Free homemade bread flour mixture
- 3 g of salt
- 155 g lukewarm water
- olives, goji berries
- chives to taste, green parsley to taste
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (8g)
PREPARATION:
Mix the flour, water and salt. Knead well, then roll out on a dry surface into a 0.5 cm rectangle. Brush with coconut oil, then sprinkle with chopped olives, goji berries and herbs to taste. Roll it up, then cut it lengthwise and place it in an S shape on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
