How to Use and Dose CBD Oil:

Initially, it will be helpful to stand in front of a mirror while counting the drops or using the 1/4 ml graduations on the dropper. After gently shaking the bottle, use the dropper to place the oil in your mouth, under your tongue, and hold it there for 2-3 minutes. Move the oil around your mouth with your tongue to ensure it comes into contact with as much of the oral mucosa as possible. Finally, spit it out; no rinsing needed. The oil leaves a pleasant orange flavor.

Use 5 – 15 drops of CBD oil 1 – 3 times a day, at your preferred times. CBD absorption is not hindered if the oil is not swallowed, as it is absorbed through the mucous membrane while held in the mouth for 2-3 minutes. Beginners may start with 5 mg of CBD per day and increase the amount by 5 mg per week as needed. Higher doses can also be started, such as 20 mg per day, divided into 2-3 parts. You can easily calculate the CBD content per drop: 1 ml of CBD oil is approximately 30-35 drops.
