- 30 g of almond flour
- 220 g warm water
- half a packet of baking powder
- 5 g Himalayan salt
For the topping:
- 50 g of concentrated tomatoes
- zucchini
- 50 g of olives
- 8 dried tomatoes in oil (70 g)
- a few pieces of cherry tomatoes
- fresh rosemary, pizza spice mix to taste
PREPARATION:
