INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g Mill & Folks Basic universal bread, pizza, bakery flour mixture
- half a package of powdered yeast (3.5 g)
- 10 g of Himalayan salt
- 8 g of sugar
- 200 g lukewarm water
- 10 g olive oil + 5 g for shaping
- rosemary, garlic granules to taste
PREPARATION:
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, then add the lukewarm water and oil. Mix with a food processor on medium speed for 5 minutes until it is homogeneous and completely smooth. Leave to rise for 30 minutes in a lightly oiled dish, covered with a tea towel. On a tray lined with thinly oiled baking paper, spread it completely with oiled hands. Fill the baking pan completely with the dough (for me it is 35x30 cm). Prick it with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, bottom-up. Serve with cold pressed olive oil, fresh rosemary and olives.
