INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PIECES:

 

PREPARATION:

Knead the flour, salt and water together. Divide into 3 equal parts and roll out of them into uniform thin, circular sheets. Grease the first sheet with coconut oil, sprinkle with grated vegan cheese and cover it with the next sheet. Brush this with oil too and sprinkle with cheese, then cover the next sheet with it. You don't need anything on top of it. Cut it into 8 equal triangles, roll it up, then spread it with the remaining oil. Bake on a baking sheet lined with silicone baking paper at 190 degrees with bottom-up baking until ready in 50 minutes.
