Ingredients:
For the flatbread:
- 130 g Bake-Free Deep fried Flatbread - doughnut flour mixture
- 130 g lukewarm water
- 3 g Himalayan salt
- garlic powder, pizza spice mix to taste
- coconut oil for frying
For the filling:
- almond cream
- bacon
- arugula
- tomato
- red onion
- chilli pepper
For the sausage:
- 50 g Bake-Free Argentinian BBQ patty mixture
- 45 g lukewarm water
- 2 g Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil for baking (8 g)
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the sausage and let it rest for 5 minutes. Shape it into a log shape on a dry surface and cut it into slices (I got 18 slices). Flatten them with a spoon and fry them on both sides in a pan with coconut oil.
Mix the ingredients for the flatbread and let it rest for 5 minutes. Roll it out on a dry surface into a cube shape and cut into 4 equal parts. Fry them on both sides in hot coconut oil. To serve, cut it in half, spread it with almond cream, sprinkle it with bacon, arugula, and red onion, put sausage rings on them and put on the top layer. We can stabilize the sanswitches with a toothpick. Serve with fresh tomatoes.
