Right of withdrawal

All consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which is not related to his/her business or self-employed activity. The right of withdrawal is governed by the following rules. For any further questions relating to withdrawal, the buyer may contact the customer service of the Mill&Folks Online Shop.

Cancellation information

You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. Once the service has started, you have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you take delivery of the goods from the carrier.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw to the following address:

Legal effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all the costs you have paid, including the carriage costs (except for costs incurred because you choose a different mode of carriage to the cheapest mode of carriage we offer).The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.A visszatérítést mindaddig visszatarthatjuk, amíg vissza nem kaptuk a terméket, vagy Ön nem igazolta, hogy azt visszaküldte: a kettő közül a korábbi időpontot kell figyelembe venni.

You must return the product to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of your notice of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline has expired.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.

 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal is not provided for the following:

-for goods which deteriorate rapidly or which retain their quality for a short period

-goods in sealed packages which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening after transport

-goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products after dispatch
